Is this a physical product?
No. All products on ManualUp are digital downloads (PDF). No physical item will be shipped.
How do I download my manual after payment?
After checkout, you will see a Download button on the Order Received page. You can also download anytime from My Account → Downloads.
Will I receive an email with the download link?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation that includes a PDF file with download links and step-by-step instructions. Please check Spam/Junk if you don’t see it.
What if I can’t find my download link?
First check Spam/Junk and Promotions folders. If you still can’t access your file, contact us at manualup.team@gmail.com with your order number.
What are your customer support hours?
Our support team is available daily from 07:00 to 22:45 (GMT).
We aim to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible during these hours.
Messages sent outside working hours will be answered the next business day.
